The staff were helpful and friendly, language barrier was not an issue. Convenient location near bus stops and good eateries. The hotel had a unique key system and a lovely terrace. The bathroom was aesthetically pleasing and the shower had both a large shower head and a detachable one.

We had a romantic escape and the hotel had a great location, close to the bus stops to explore national parks and the city attractions. The friendly staff provided excellent advice to make our stay even better. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with good amenities.
The bed was a bit hard for our taste, and the breakfast had limited options. Nonetheless, we enjoyed visiting nearby restaurants.

Staff were helpful and the hotel was conveniently located near bus stops and restaurants. The room had a nice bathroom and the shower was very refreshing. the hotel was situated in a quiet area which made sleeping easy after a long day of exploring.
The beds were incredibly hard which made sleeping uncomfortable and the room was quite cramped, with little space to move around in. The breakfast offered was very limited and mostly meat-based, which wasn't ideal for our vegetarian party.

This hotel is conveniently located near bus stops, making downtown and Seoraksan National Park easily accessible. It is also near the bus terminal, which is helpful for those without transportation. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Like in many Korean hotels, the beds can be quite hard and uncomfortable for some guests.
